At the #NowAndBeyond forum, American economist Jeffrey Sachs told CGTN anchor Liu Xin that "The U.S. is raising tensions with China. We don't need these conflicts. They're extraordinarily dangerous. We should celebrate China's accomplishments, not view them as threats."
